Description
As a Senior Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager at Dariba Tech, you will drive revenue growth by selling advanced tax compliance, VAT, and e-invoicing automation solutions to large enterprises across the UAE and GCC region. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing high-value deals with CFOs, CIOs, and compliance leaders. Success requires a consultative approach that translates complex regulatory mandates into clear business outcomes for enterprise clients. You will build and manage pipeline in a fast-paced startup environment, consistently exceeding revenue targets and securing recurring revenue through strategic renewals. Proven experience winning named enterprise accounts in UAE or Saudi Arabia is essential, along with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales involving Finance, IT, and Legal teams. You will collaborate cross-functionally to refine positioning for RegTech solutions while maintaining strong CXO-level relationships. The ideal candidate demonstrates an ownership mindset with experience scaling sales processes from early stage. Bilingual Arabic and English capabilities provide a significant advantage in engaging local decision-makers. This role offers the opportunity to lead digital transformation initiatives and contribute to thought leadership around GCC regulatory changes.
Requirements
1. 5-15 years direct B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience
2. Full sales cycle ownership including prospecting through renewals
3. Track record of closing enterprise deals in UAE or GCC markets
4. Experience selling financial software, RegTech, VAT, or e-invoicing solutions
5. Consultative selling and high-impact CXO presentation skills
6. Quantifiable revenue target achievement with documented deal sizes
7. Stakeholder management across Finance, IT, and Legal functions
8. Pipeline building and forecasting in CRM systems
Desirable
1. Arabic and English bilingual proficiency
2. Prior experience with ERP vendors such as SAP, Oracle or Thomson Reuters
3. Sales experience in startup or scale-up environments
4. Thought leadership or industry speaking on tax compliance topics
5. Knowledge of ZATCA or UAE e-invoicing mandates
